Shipping policy
Orders take an average of 3-5 business days to process before they are picked up by the mail carrier for shipping. Shipping times vary by zone/location. After orders have been processed and picked up by the mail carrier, the shipping time frame provided to you at check out is directly from the mail carrier based on your location.
Please be advised that mail carriers are undergoing delays due to COVID-19. We will continue to process your orders in a timely manner to the best of our abilities keeping staff and customer health & safety in mind.
Sand Sunnies LLC is not responsible for any damage your item(s) may have experienced during transit.
If your package was "delivered" but you did not receive it, lost, or stolen, you as the customer are responsible for contacting the mail carrier directly and inquiring in regards to the whereabouts of your package as Sand Sunnies LLC has no control over packages once they are shipped out and in the possession of the mail carrier.
You may file a claim or initiate an investigation with the mail carrier if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Upon completion of their investigation, you must submit any evidence via email provided by the mail carrier in order for a refund, store credit, or replacement to be issued to you. A replacement may only be issued based on item availability, otherwise a refund or store credit will be issued instead.
