What if my shipping address is wrong?
A: Send us an email and we'll fix it if your order hasn't already been shipped. 

How long will it take to get my order?
A: We have a 3-5 business day processing time. Then your order ships and your shipping time was provided at checkout directly from the mail carrier. 

What's the status of my order?
A: Track it here! Use your order number and the email address you used to check out. If your email was spelled incorrectly, you may not be able to check the status of your order. Email us!

What if I didn't receive a confirmation email?

What does final sale mean?
A: This means the item is not eligible for return or exchange.
